Experts advise to eat the fruit itself as it contains essential fibres that regulate your blood sugar and keep your weight in check.
For better overall health
Coffee
In general, coffee is healthy as it can reduce anxiety, promote good heart health and help you live longer, according to studies. But its excess is harmful. One cup of coffee a day is fine but excessive drinking may cause calcium excretion which may lead to softening of bones or osteoporosis. Keep in mind that women are at a higher risk of developing osteoporosis than men.
Skim milk
Milk contains vitamin D that aids in strengthening your bones, boost weight loss and fight depression. But this vitamin is fat soluble, meaning it needs fats to be absorbed. In skim milk, all the fat is removed because of which you cannot reap the benefits of vitamin D. Moreover, findings suggest that skim milk is associated with infertility. So, if you’re trying to get pregnant better stick to regular fresh milk.
